2007 Peoples Choice Competition
during the President's Reception
"It's Your Party"

- Any person or persons attending the convention is eligible to enter the competition.
- Designs must be set-up on Saturday, September 15th before 6:00 PM and must be removed immediately following the conclusion of the President's Banquet.
- Each contestant is responsible for all props, table toppers, flowers, supplies, accessories, etc. MFA or CAF will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any items used in the design.
- Judging will be done by the attendees of the President's Banquet. Everyone will be allowed to vote on their favorite table. At the conclusion of the banquet, the "People's Choice Winner" will be announced.
- The first place winner will receive a $250.00 cash prize.
- Each entry will be provided with the following:
- 1 - 72" diameter round table (to seat 10)
- 1 - 120" diameter tablecloth (lime, yellow, raspberry, blue). These tablecloths will be available for choosing on a first come first served basis.
The color theme for the evening is as follows:
Lime Green, Sunshine Yellow
Carribean Blue, Raspberry Pink
and
Sunkist Orange
All flowers, table toppers, accessories, etc. need to follow this color scheme to keep continuity throughout the room.
There is no limit as to how large or how small, how much or how little is done.
But, remember, 10 people must be able to sit and dine comfortablly and enjoy the nights show.
So put on your thinking caps, use that imagination and WOW your fellow florists. You could go home with $250.00 and the title "People's Choice".
